Our basement waterproofing system works. It’s been specifically engineered to deal with all sources of water that can cause a wet basement. All of the parts of our system; French drain, sump pump, wall vapor barriers, and connections are the most efficient and reliable method for removing water, and keeping water out, of a basement.

The heart of our closed interior basement waterproofing system is an ingenious dual chamber drainage channel, GrateDrian, which is unique in the industry and provides a way to draw water both from the outside walls as well as from the center of the basement.

Placed in a shallow trench, they work together with a specially designed vapor barrier, to direct all water into a drainage conduit. Access ports, strategically located along the system allow for easy inspection to make certain the system continues to work efficiently for years.  

An airtight Grate Sump liner encases a reliable sump pump. Unlike others in the industry, many of our sump pumps carry three-year warranties. Together with the liner, it is installed in a manner that does not undermine the integrity of the foundation. A double switch makes sure the basement sump pump turns on when it’s supposed to, assuring its dependability.

Finally there is a strong seamless drain that is designed to make certain that all water collected is removed. Of course, there is more to why this system works as well as it does, but this provides a clear view of the basics of a system that will warranty a dry home basement.
